We aim to process refunds fairly and promptly. This policy explains when refunds apply and how they are issued.
1. Order Cancellations (Pre Shipment): Full refund less 5% payment processing fee if the order has not shipped.
2. Processing/Transaction Fees: Please note that payment gateway charges, transaction processing fees, or any bank fees are non-refundable. The refund will cover only the product price.
3. Order Cancellations (Post Shipment): Treated as a return. Shipping fees and restocking fees 30% may apply (see Return & Cancellation Policy).
4. Approved Returns (Uninstalled): Upon inspection of the returned item in the same condition as shipped, we will refund the part price less restocking and any shipping costs.
5. Warranty Claims: If a defect is confirmed and replacement is unavailable, we may refund the part price at our discretion.
