1. Before Shipment: We will cancel and issue a Full refund less 5% payment processing fee if the order has not shipped. Contact support@usedcarsengines.com with your order ID.
2. After Shipment: The order can be returned per the Return policy below.
When you place an order, your engine may ship directly from one of our partner facilities. Every partner we work with is thoroughly reviewed to ensure reliability, quality, and customer satisfaction. Our goal is to make the process simple, transparent, and dependable. So you get the right engine, on time, and with confidence.
Return Window: 15 days from delivery.
1. Condition: Item must be uninstalled, unmounted, and in original condition with all tags, plugs, and accessories.
2. Authorization: Obtain an RMA before shipping the item back; unauthorized returns will be refused.
3. Restocking Fee: 30% of the part price may be deducted for handling, testing, and inventory costs.
3. Shipping Costs: Outbound and return freight are the buyer s responsibility unless we shipped the incorrect item.
4. No Returns After Installation: Installed or altered items are not eligible for return (warranty processes apply).
Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the BOL/label and the item; we will correct the issue
Inspect upon delivery. If damaged, note the damage on the Bill of Lading, take photos/video, and contact us within 48 hours. Keep all packaging. We will file a freight claim and arrange a resolution.
Any damages to the delivered product must be reported within 48 hours. If there are any cracks or damage in the product, report within 48 hours of delivery. Otherwise, company will not liable for the damage caused through shipping. All legal litigations against 50 States LLC d/b/a Used Cars Engines will be held in Salina, Kansas.
The warranty and cc authorization must be signed and dated before shipping. Failure to return the agreement signed and dated promptly will cause a delay in shipping. It will also void the promised warranty
Any damages to the delivered product must be reported within 48 hours. Upon receiving the product, inspect them thoroughly for damaged or missing parts. We only ship good-conditioned engines . So, any kind of damages that have been caused by shipping could be handled with a claim against the shipping company. Our company is not responsible for shipping damages. If there are shipping damages, a claim will be filed with the shipper.

You can also log in to our website, and apply for a refund by entering your order number and other details about the product. Upload photos of non-fitting or damaged auto parts and forward your refund request.
