We ship within the contiguous United States. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and remote locations may incur additional fees and transit times. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

2. Residential Delivery: Available with liftgate for an additional fee $150. Carrier will schedule delivery.

1. Be present to receive and inspect the shipment before signing.
2. Compare the Bill of Lading with the delivery.
3. If any damage/shortage is found, note it on the BOL, take photos/video, and notify us within 48 hours.
4. Do not discard packaging until your issue is resolved.

2. If you refuse a shipment without our prior approval, you are responsible for two way freight and applicable restocking fees.

Post order address changes may not be possible once the item is in transit and may incur additional fees.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon carrier pickup from our facility or supplier (unless otherwise required by law). We will assist with claims for damage noted at delivery.
