We sell used automotive engines . Product images are illustrative. The customer is responsible for verifying compatibility/fitment (VIN, engine code). Our team can assist but final responsibility remains with the buyer. Some items may require reuse of accessory components (sensors, wiring, manifolds) from your original unit.
Prices are shown in USD and exclude taxes, shipping surcharges, and fees unless stated. We may correct errors and cancel orders prior to shipment. Tax is collected where required by law.
Orders are offers to purchase. We may require additional verification to prevent fraud (e.g., matching billing/shipping info, identity verification). We reserve the right to reject/cancel any order and will promptly refund any payment captured.
Payments are processed by PCI certified providers. We do not store full card numbers. For security reasons we may refuse shipments to addresses that cannot be verified.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflicts rules. Venue for any permitted court action shall be USA, Kansas. If you prefer binding arbitration, small claims court remains available.
